Increased performance for Potato PC and maximum graphics for flexible systems

Two .pak files to improve your game's performance or graphics.

Screenshots are at 100% 1680x1050 resolution, so potato users should expect better performance at lower resolutions/resolution scale.

Changes for version 1.1:

Blum is off in the potato version.

Potatoes:

Replaces all chart presets (for example, Shadow Quality Low/Medium/High/Ultra) with lower values.

The game menu should still use the lowest settings, as for example, some things related to environment occlusion will not be affected.

Cinemax:

Replaces Ultra graphics presets (such as Shadows Quality Ultra) with their maximum values.

On my poor 3200-gigabyte Radeon 8, the difference is not noticeable, but it seems that the FPS is decreasing. Expect a clearer image, better textures, etc.

How to use:

Go to the game folder and go to OakGame->Content->Paks. Create a new folder here and call it "~mods". Download my fashion files and drop the pakchunk99-WindowsNoEditor.pak file for the version you want. It should be like this:

\Borderlands 3\OakGame\Content\Paks\~mods\pakchunk99-WindowsNoEditor.pak

Start the game and adjust the graphics options in the game menu.
