Balands - balance and quality of life update for Borderlands 3

Borderlands 3 is a good pastime, but there are some points that leave room for doubt. Some aspects of the endgame, such as the damage from skills, pets, and shields multiplied dozens of times without being mentioned in the game, the excessive importance of anointing, and the multitude of equipment that requires triple-digit buffs to cope with a five-digit increase in enemy health, make it nearly impossible to maintain relative balance during gameplay. And then there are things that can't work well even at the lowest levels of the game. So I tried to bring a little bit of balance to Borderlands in this project, inspired by the unofficial community patch for Borderlands 2.

Balands includes an unofficial community patch for Borderlands 3, so you don't have to run the unofficial community patch separately from Balands. You can also use separate pieces of fashion by looking in the "Individual Parts of Balands" folder in the zip file and reading the "Contents" file for more information.

You can use this mod (pronounced the same way as the word "balance") with any regular save file. Just flip the Mayhem modifiers if necessary when you're playing without it.
