Hot fix for version 0.31.2

ATTENTION: It is recommended for installation by all users for correct operation

For some reason, the maps stopped working correctly on 0.31.1 on this version, so I'm releasing this fix. 

 ✅ Fixed incorrect display of textures (roads and curbs) 

✅ Unnecessary garbage has been removed from the map 

✅ Changed environmental sounds

✅ Fixed and changed textures (fixed problem with textures disappearing in dark areas)

✅ Fixed missing textures (missing textures on some objects) 

✅ Fixed dips on the road  ;

✅ Improved performance
