Hot fix for version 0.31.2


ATTENTION: It is recommended for installation by all users for correct operation


For some reason, the maps stopped working correctly on 0.31.1 on this version, so I'm releasing this fix. 


 ✅ Fixed incorrect display of textures (roads and curbs) 


✅ Fixed behavior of traffic (refused to work on 0.31.1) 


✅ Fixed Traffic routes (traffic now works correctly and without problems)


✅ Removed unnecessary garbage from the map

✅ Changed environmental sounds


✅ Fixed and changed textures (fixed problem with textures disappearing in dark areas)< /p>


✅ Fixed missing textures (missing textures on some objects)
