About This Mod

Sotenbori is a central tourist area known for its nightlife and famous river/canal in the Yakuza series, based on the real life of Dotonbori in Osaka, Japan. This is the BeamNG port of Yakuza Like a Dragon. Unfortunately, the map is slightly smaller than Camurocho and shows only a few street loops, but this makes it much better in terms of performance, as it is not a map of one street, while maintaining similarities with other Yakuza ports. This is mainly done as a testing ground for improving the porting tool developed by @Car_Killer in anticipation of larger projects in the future, and the main success is that the previous port caused ultraviolet problems that could not be fixed manually during the porting process, noting/being able to properly implant several different layers of fluorescent material. This means that we are better prepared than ever for the big and better transfers (he-he-he, Hawaii) that will one day come our way. In addition to the features already familiar to ports, this map includes several new and very interesting ones: full night lighting and light sources (including all animated light sources from the original game), optimized rods (now they look better than ever), original full PBR-footing from the source, all in-game props, particles, sound and other details thanks to which the map looks and works best (at least within the capabilities of BeamNG). Some are not enabled by default for performance reasons, but can be enabled using the imgui card controller (located in the esc menu).
