About This Mod

It turns out that if you stab someone unconscious, pour acid on them and set them on fire, it will be quite deadly.

2.0 - is a complete reworking of fashion, to absolutely make sure, without the slightest doubt, that you will not accidentally kill people.

Switching non-lethal attacks now opens the optional user switch "Switching a non-lethal aura". A radius of 30 meters where the enemies inside will not die, but instead will faint.

Toggle Non-Lethal Aura is a toggle for each character to maintain their performance.

Restrictions on which types of characters can be knocked out have not been lifted, so it will not happen to blow up quest flags, knocking out someone you should not have knocked out.

For now, this includes all enemies and allies, regardless of where the damage is actually coming from, if they are within range. In the future, I may come up with a more exciting solution, but at the moment it's enough just to give everyone the opportunity not to suffer from the changeable vanilla mechanics.


Known Issues:

I can't figure out how to make the experience work when you cut down characters in the aura, and at the same time ensure that they don't die.

Because of the above, starting with version 2.2, this mod provides a custom switch instead of a radical overwrite of the non-Lethal vanilla switch.

As soon as I have a little more time to just dive into testing, I'll sort it out, things on the back end are just fickle with it to the point that I didn't expect.
