Move Tool

This mod adds a tool that allows you to move, rotate and scale any building in ARK: Survival Ascended. It currently opens at level 0 and costs 1 tree. This may change in the future. You can select a block to move by shooting at it with the tool, and use an open interface to move, rotate, and scale the target structure.

Control with numeric keypad

To select a structure, fire a cannon at it. Currently, only one structure can be selected at a time. The currently selected structure will display a gizmo and indicate whether the tool is in Move or Rotate mode. When shooting at another structure, this one will be chosen instead of it and the previous one will be canceled. If you delete the tool, the current structure will also be deselected. By default, the tool is in translation mode. You can use the following keys to move an object:

• Numpad 7: Move in +X, Numpad 1: Move in -X
• Numpad 8: Move +Y, Numpad 2: Move -Y
• Numpad 9: Move +Z, Numpad 3: Move -Z

By pressing the Numpad 5 key, the tool can be switched to the rotation mode (and back to the move mode by pressing it again). You can use the following keys to rotate an object:

• Numpad 7: +X rotation, Numpad 1: -X rotation
• Numpad 8: +Y rotation, Numpad 2: -Y rotation
• Numpad 9: +Z rotation, Numpad 3: -Z rotation

Regardless of the move/rotate mode, Numpad 4 can be used to compress an object evenly, and Numpad 6 can be used to scale an object evenly.
