About This Mod
The negative impact of newspaper articles has been erased. Positive articles are not affected.
Newspapers are probably the oldest function. Many newspaper articles are repetitive and inconsistent, and some are generated by bugs that are saved from patch to patch.
The mod turns off the effects associated with the article and changes the value to "0" only for negative articles. The positives remain intact.
This mod can be considered a cheat, but, given the number of times newspapers generate breaking news, it can also be considered a fix.
