This mod combines one of the most anticipated QoL upgrades since the Anno 1800 release, concerning gameplay with items - at least for me - with a fully customizable research institute.

How to use

You have several options for installing this mod:

Automatically installs using the Anno mod browser available from the Anno 1800 main menu.

Automatic installation using iModYourAnno mod managers, access to the Github library.

Manual Installation: Learn how to install mods manually. If you download mods manually, use the archive from GitHub releases. Do not download the entire repository!

This mod is designed for customization through the iModYourAnno mod manager. Otherwise, you will get vanilla values for all functions related to the Research Institute.

Functions:

Now you can stack every item in the game, except for quest items (which are usually unique), up to 99 pieces in a stack. You don't have to keep an entire fleet to buy a bunch of things from Ali anymore. This should save a lot of time in the long run. Just buy one item each item you want to acquire en masse, and then all the other items will become gray, because there is no room left inside your ship. Only selected items can be bought and stacked inside your ship.

You can change almost all the values associated with the Research Institute. From maximum queue size, individual time configuration, and study cost, to limiting the cost of exploring subjects to the number of permits issued per study. It's best to look into iMYA and play with numbers to get the full experience.

You can also configure the item transfer module for each session. Disappointed with the 24-element limit? No problem, with this mod you can increase it to any desired number. You can also get rid of the timer until the item is available! Enables support for Arctis and Enbesa modules if you are using these mods.

This mode is (not necessarily) incompatible with all other modes that in any way change the characteristics of the research institute (time, cost, performance, etc.). I noted as incompatible mods that I found on Nexus and that have a file modinfo.json. But there are enough mods that don't. So be careful with the choice of fashion! If you still have some of these mods, my mod is likely to overwrite them thanks to LoadAfterIds, so don't worry too much!

A small problem that is not:

If this mode is enabled, you can potentially use the expedition feature in the game, as each item in your ship's holds is taken into account when determining the probability of success of the chosen expedition. So you can just load a stack of 6 legendary items and never have a problem with the "mini game" again. But since you used to be able to fold ActionItems like pirate flags and nobody did, I believe in you all that you use this feature wisely and ripe not to go crazy from buying items at Eli.
