About This Mod

How do I transfer my profile from X-Perl?

To get started, back up your WowInstall/Interface and WowInstall/Wtf folders just in case.

Then start the game and activate the main module "X-Perl Unitframes" (if necessary, download it again).

Then quit the game and either disable X-Perl or remove X-Perl and all its modules from the "WowInstall/Interface/AddOns" folder.

Original project: http:www.wowace.com/addons/xperl/.

Introduction.

Highly redesigned Perl plugin from Nymbia's UnitFrames Perl, including raiding frames and raiding tools, full replacement of standard Blizzard Unitframes.

A range meter for all frames based on spell and object range checks (with additional health checks and debaffes).

The Time-Delayed Healing Monitor clearly highlights units with your own "active healing spells." You can keep track of your healing buffs and their expiration dates, regardless of how many accelerated healing buffs your raid members have.

Highlight Debuffes with standard Debuffes in all friendly squares. Priority is given to debaffs, which "you" can heal in the first place.

Raid frames, Buff icons, MT list blocks, and some other Z-Perl parts are generated on demand. Significant time and memory savings at system startup. Delays the creation of many Z-Perl parts until you actually need them. Of course, they are almost never needed or created, except for raids.

Raid target icons support targets, targets, and MT targets.

Raid hints show current combat resistances (druids ready to regenerate (or soon to be ready), and normal non-combat resistances) when a dead man pop-up window is displayed.

Combat status of all units.

3D portraits of players, pets, goals, focus, and party. Options. Of course, without this option, the frame rate may drop slightly as it displays more 3D character models. But some people like it, because it's clean and cool.

Red and green battle flares appear in the frame when a player, pet, target, party, pet party, or raid takes damage/cure. Useful to show what's going on.

Added "remaining time" for buffs/debaffs for party members and targets during raids.

Added a brand new options window with all Z-Perl options available via the mini-card icon and /zperl splash command.

Custom border and background colors. Includes color class names and custom reaction colors. Much attention is paid to code size, memory load, memory usage per cycle, etc. LuaProfiler/OnEvent modes are widely and regularly used to ensure that Z-Perl does not do more work than is absolutely necessary. description_0 Z-Perl Unit Frames description_1 Z-Perl Unit Frames
