About This Mod

Decrease the volume in an external program, such as Audacity.


For Audacity


Select File - > ' Edit Chains >, click the Add button in the lower left corner of the window and enter a code name (for example, AmplifyDown).

Click the Add button at the bottom of the screen, double-click, and select AmplifyDown from the list.

Click the Change Settings button (Change Settings) and use the vertical/horizontal sliders to increase the dB minus value (for example, -5 is a 50% decrease, so it is not so large), double-click the OK button to close the Raise window.

Click the Paste button at the bottom of the screen and double-click ExportOgg in the list.

Click OK to confirm and close the Chain window.

This script can be applied to all files:


In the menu File - > Apply Chain > select the script file (in my example AmplifyDown) and click the Apply to Files button......

In the gsa2 audio package folder (.../Interface/AddOns/GladiatorlosSA2/Voice_enUS/... Default) click on it, select all files using Ctrl+A, and click Open to apply the batch script to all files in the specified folder.

The new files will be located in a new folder named Cleaned.

Replace the original file with the new file you modified/ description_0 GladiatorlosSA2
