North Korea DPRK Secret Party Affairs (Remake)

It is the 14th item released in the North Korean DPRK collection, and it is a remake with model improvements.

This mod is a remake and now works like a secret police, revealing the loyalty of citizens.

You will also see the many generals and officers who manage the main tasks of the DPRK Army, such as the extraction of resources for wages and weapons. The secret police are the soul of North Korea’s regime, and even ordinary people can be rewarded for denouncing their disloyal neighbors.

The country has an authoritarian system, but the leader must work through a variety of agents and their agencies, who are able to detain, defy, or even oppose the leader’s orders. These bodies can set the overall tone and direction of North Korea’s foreign and domestic policies, make recommendations, present policy options, and work directly with President Kim.

The Government is also approved by the Supreme People's Assembly (SPA). The prime minister appoints three deputy prime ministers and government ministers who head the cabinet, which has been dominated by the ruling Workers' Party of Korea since its founding in 1948.

At present, the Cabinet has the power to oversee and control the DPRK's Provisional People's Committee (PPC) in relation to the local economy and administration. Following the replacement of the State Administrative Committee (SAC) by the Cabinet, the Local Administration and Economy Committee (LME) was abolished and its functions related to local politics transferred to the GPC. Under Kim Jong-il, the former general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, the power of the cabinet was equated with the land forces of the Workers' Party of Korea (PKK) and the Korean People's Army (KPA).

The general secretary of the party is no longer the chairman of the LPC, and the former chairman of the LAEC took the post of chairman of the LPC. Thus, theoretically, the LPK is independent from the local party and is under the control of the Cabinet. The status of the LPC as a local administrative body is, in principle, higher than before.

Economist Intelligence Unit ranked North Korea as the lowest level of authoritarian rule in its 2012 Democracy Index among 168 countries.

The KRG is organized according to a "monolithic ideological system and a great leader" - a system and theory laid down by Kim Yong-joo and Kim Jong-il. The highest authority of the PKK is officially the Congress, last convened in May 2016 as the 7th Congress of the PKK. The PKK is organizationally (theoretically) similar to the Communist Party, but in practice it is less institutionalized, with informal politics playing a larger role than usual. Institutions such as the Central Committee, the General Secretariat, the Central Military Commission (CMC), the Politburo, and the Presidency are much smaller than the powers formally enshrined in the party platform. The current Chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea is Kim Jong-un.

Compared to other North Korean organizations, the WPK is the most ideologically driven and sees itself as the defender of the revolutionary path, emphasizing sovereignty and nationalism and proclaiming its commitment to socialist ideology. The WPK is therefore theoretically opposed to any conciliation or economic reform.
