How to use.
Extract the zip file at War Thunder/sound/mod.
Open War Thunder Settings and add a line to the audio section to enable mod.

Save your settings and start the game.
In the game, set the language of the crew to "crew country".
Warning: This mod is not compatible with my "CoH2 British Tank Crew Voice Mod".
