Countries replaced in this modification are:
- Argentina, Bolivia, Central America, Cuba, Chile, Ecuador, Gran Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela.
Legislative changes for all:
- Religious schools
- Charitable hospitals
"Countries are acquiring all Tier 1 technologies.
- Paraguay takes over Alto Paraguay and enacts a law on border colonization.
- Argentina captures Santa Fe and Chaco.
- Options for a united Hispanic America.
