Trains depart from the depot at a speed of no more than 15 km / h. This is the correction. The 15 km/h tracks serve only to prevent trains from running at 120 km/h. The tracks and the speed of the depot are two different things, because the appearance of trains occurs separately from the tracks. It's a fake use of tracks, otherwise it would be impossible.
