Subtitles for foreign languages
About This Mod
There are people like me who like to play without subtitles. Maybe they're distracting us from the visual row or disrupting the dive. However, turning off subtitles does turn them off completely in the game. This means that you will not be able to see the translated lines of some foreign dialogs in the game.
This mod is a very simple setting that allows you to display subtitles for languages in which you can not properly understand the game without enabling subtitles. This includes at least some cases of Elvish and Nilfgaard. Normally, if you have subtitles turned on, the game shows the translated string in [brackets], but if subtitles are turned off, you won't see even that. This mod fixes this problem.
There are two versions of this fashion. The main shows subtitles for both dialogs and "online" (replicas that are pronounced by NPC are shown above them if subtitles are enabled). The alternative version includes these subtitles for dialog only, use it if you feel that floating text over NPC:s disturbs your immersion.
Installation
Use NMM. Select one of the versions of the mod, but not both. Leave the menu option for subtitles in the "off" position.
