About This Mod
This mod removes the level-dependent scaling of weapons and armor. Instead of being tied to a player's level, weapons and armor now have a semi-fixed level equal to a fixed base level, plus a small random shift so that all items of the same kind are not exactly the same. Figure 3 shows the basic levels for all subjects.
Craft gear and items you've already picked up before this fashion is installed are not affected.
Installation
Copy the modNoItemScaling folder to the <witcher3-directory>/mods-folder folder. Remove it to uninstall. The NMM should also work, but I haven't tested it.
