Settings for quests

This is a page where I will post various small changes to some of the quests in the game. This page will be gradually replenished with new mods. It currently contains 5 mods. For more information, please see below. These fashions were made with the help of REDkit.

Tweak "The Mysterious Passenger": The mysterious passenger quest will now always be available (in vanilla, this quest is blocked if Geralt has already completed the Baron storyline by the time of the completion of "The Calm Before the Storm", making it virtually inaccessible to most players missing out on the quest, a pleasant conversation with Donar, and an entry in the Diary of Mind).

Tweak "Get Junior Casino": You can now play by all three players in the casino during the penetration phase of Wooreson Junior's casino (in vanilla quest automatically moves forward after you play by two players, thereby blocking you from some dialog with third player).

Tweak Iron Maiden: Now Jutta will ask you to perform both feats to allow you to fight her. You will have to bring her both the sword of Horned Hoskuld, and defeat Gundar in a duel (only one of these options is randomly chosen in vanilla, which deprives you of some pleasant extra materials).

Tweak Thou Shalt Not Pass: Starts scenes at each of the 4 border crossings across Pontar where Geralt must present a pass to be allowed to pass, even if the "You won't pass" quest is already completed (in vanilla, if you have a pass and you present it at any of the crossings, the rest of the scenes will be disabled, and the guards standing in other places will magically learn that Geralt has a pass; also in each of the places there is an interesting conversation that you usually miss).

Changes associated with the Invisible Elder: If Geralt has obtained a magic key that opens access to the Invisible Elder's hideout, but decides to go after Siana in the Land of a Thousand Fables, he can now return to the cave, explore it, and collect a complete set of Hyun Haydt's armor. In Vanilla, this will lead to instant death - the elder will kill Geralt on the spot. Be careful, the elder will still attack you, but this time Geralt will survive with 10% HP. Take a swallow or a white raffard decoction with you, you will need them for healing, as Geralt will be in poor condition after the attack, barely able to move. After healing, you can freely explore the cave. Additional file: Unseen Elder will allow Geralt to ask a few extra questions during the What Lies Unseen quest, without killing him instantly after he brings him an offering. This will allow Geralt to ask all the extra questions during the conversation (but only once, he will still kill you if you ask the same question multiple times).

This mod is designed for the next-gen version of the game.
