About This Mod

Farewell to Gwent’s missing card trackers, spreadsheets, and/or apps.

Welcome to True Automatic Missing Gwent Cards Tracker.

Now you have the right to name this book: "A Wonderful Guide to Gwent".

I'm not a native speaker of English!!!

FAQ :

Q: What does or does not make this mod?

A1: This mod checks: does your inventory include a specific card on the wanted list? If not, the book will show you where you can get them (as you can see in the screenshot).

A2: This mod does not track the event of a missing card(s). If you cannot get the missing card at a certain time, the logical way is to only upload a previously saved file (or using another mod or "console command", note: I don't know, don't ask me about it)

Q: How does this mod work?

A1: This mod will track if you have 168 unique Gwent cards in your inventory (4 of them are used 3 times),

A2: This mod will track "61 random merchants" who can give you "51 random cards" if you beat them,

A3: This mod will show you how to get 168 cards in 206 ways,

A4: This mod will reduce 206 ways to 94 (base game maps) + 7 (HoS DLC maps) to make them easy to read,

A5: show the result in a book called: "A Miraculous Guide to Gwent" and the content will be updated every time you open the book,

Q: How to use this mod?

A: Once installed (see below for more information), open the game, then open the "Inventory" menu, then open the "Quest Items" tab, and then open a book called "Wonderful Guide to Gwent".

Q: Do I need to defeat all 61 random merchants to complete the quest?

A: No, you only need to get all "51 random cards", the remaining 10 are backup cards, in case some dealer is unavailable or missing. After you get all "51 random cards", the list to win over the rest will be deleted, since winning over them is no longer required to get random cards

Q: Is this mode compatible with xxx or zzz mods?

A: Honestly? I don't know, you can try asking the author of your fashion: ask If the author to change (edit, add, remove) the names of the cards from the vanilla game? if the answer is yes, which means that my mod is not compatible with this mod, but if your mod is only changing appearance, attack power, etc. without changing the name, this mod is compatible. worst case if this mod is not compatible; the contents of the book will always show you the list: "how to get a map(s)", even if you have completed the quest "collect them all".

Q: I have already completed the quest in the list, but why is the quest still displayed in the list?

A: It means that you could not get the card in this list, Google the name of the quest and find out where you will get the card(s),

Q: Hey, some lists are missing, like "Win a unique card from the Baron" or "Win a unique card from Dijkstra"!!!?

A: No, they are not missing, they are part of a certain quest, for example: "Gwent: Players of Velena" or "Gwent: Players of the big city",

Q: Why doesn't this mod track Skellige's/Blood and Wine DLC card deck?

A: Because Blood and Wine already has a quest called : Gwent: For Everything - Turn, Turn, Tournament!

Q: Does this mod support a language other than English?

A: Yes, it does, in version 4.4 it added an autotranslation function, the grammar of translation results is rather vague, but clear, (I received a positive review from a Chinese user, the person said "It's perfect", you can see the result in the images tab)

Q: Hey, the book says I've completed the map list, but the "Gather Them All" quest is still active!

A: You probably got the cards in a non-vanilla way, for example, by using the console command or by adding the cards to certain NPC traders or something like that. It's not my mod's fault, my suggestion is: don't use the console command to add the card(s) and disable this mod to avoid similar cases in the future
