About This Mod

Inventory management and real working saddle bags have appeared in Witcher 3. All items, including cash, now have adjustable weight settings, but don't worry, because you can now store any item in Roach's saddle bags. With improved inventory and saddle bags, you'll have to decide what to take, and you'll be motivated to take Roach with you on adventure! Don't like realism? Use the mod menu to increase the weight of the load carried or simply remove the weight of items...


Features:


 Inventory:


Set the weight of categories of items in the mods menu.

Money, potions, oils, and bombs gained weight.

Now you can put any item you want in the stash/bag.

Setting the "Turn off weight" option in the menu overrides all other weight options

Setting Vanilla Weight overrides all options except Lose Weight.


  The weight for each category of items is determined by the following calculation:


item weight (defined in xmls) x item quantity x category weight modifier (set using the slider in the menu)


 Cache:


The weight of the cargo carried by Geralt is no longer increased by the saddle bags

The saddle bags determine the amount of weight you can put in your stash.

You can now access the stash when you're near Roach

Ability to use items from the cache during alchemy and crafting

Ability to change the weight of the carry and distance to the stash



 Horse whistle:


Now you can whistle for a cockroach only if you are near a fire, a pointer or within earshot.

You can set the vanilla mode by turning off "Better Horse Whistling - Enabled".

If you turn on and off "Near camps" and "Near pointers", then you can whistle on the cockroach only while in the radius specified in the fashion options.


Installation:

 

 1. Choose DLC or No DLC

 2. Place the bin and mods folders in the Witcher 3 software root folder.

 3. Run the script merge if you are using any other mods.

 4. Add the following key bindings to the input.settings folder in the Documents/Witcher 3 folder


   [Exploration]

   IK_0=(Action=HorseStash)

   IK_Pad_LeftThumb=(Action=HorseStash,State=Duration,IdleTime=0.5)


 5. Enable the default options for each section in the BIAS mods menu
