Increases almost to the LOD face limit and increases the auto distance (aka drawing distance) of the eyes by 10 times:
Main NPC - HoS Enabled (100%)
Secondary NPC - HoS enabled (100%)
Regular NPC - HoS included (80%) -> Not all of them have HQ version

Instructions
- Open the user.settings file located in C:\Users\Holgar96\documents\The Witcher 3
- Locate and change "MeshLODDistanceScale" to 10 or 2 (I have MeshLODDistanceScale=10) Then save the file.
- Download and unpack the modHQFaces folder in \yourTW3directory\Mods
IF THESE INSTRUCTIONS DO NOT WORK, TRY REMOVING USER.SETTINGS.BAK (it is in the same folder).
