About This Mod
If you, like me, couldn't get the Kill'em All mod to work with your recently updated game, then this fixed version was created for Steam v1.31. Quest NPCs are also protected, and now non-essential merchants dump their stocks on death. This also works with DLC.
Copyright belongs to the original author (skacikpl) - Kill'em All - the ability to kill everyone.

Original description:
Now you can kill (or at least knock unconscious) any ordinary NPC you encounter.
If you download an existing save after installing this mod, you'll have to meditate for a few hours or move quickly.
Requirements:
Updated to work with patch 1.31 Steam version of the game! I haven't tested it with the GOG version, but it can work. KoteBegemote has made a good GOG version if you're interested.
Installation:
Download the mod and unpack it, place the modKillemAll folder in the Witcher 3\Mods installation folder.

UNSTABLE BUT FUN VERSIONS:
Kill Em All + Mortal Guards - but opponent's aggro reduced
