About This Mod
The scenery, plants, containers, the "store all supplies at once" container, the altar for creating spells and enchantments, and the back door at Anvila Benilus Manor. Replace the basement with an alchemy laboratory.

Beniros' estate remained very uncomfortable even after Licht's expulsion. We wanted to make it more cozy.

SI (Shivering Isles) vs. No SI

Only one version is available. The only difference between them is the materials in the 'store materials' script; the non-SI version should work with SI as well, but this script does not automatically save SI materials.
Basement
--------
The new basement is in the same cell as the rest of the house, so there is no boot screen when entering and exiting it. But the old basement will no longer be available, so grab whatever you need before you fight Leach. If you ask Vervin Benillus to open a secret door, the ghosts will be turned off, and you will be able to take whatever you want. Activate the altar and skeletons only after you have got everything you want.
If you forget and want to go back to the old basement, use the console command (see below). If you want to leave the old basement, the usual door to the basement still works.

If the object has bounced, do not pick it up. The object must be dropped at least 10 days (or 10 days + 1 hour) away from home.
Alchemical plants are discharged in the same way. In order to shed open plants, you must be behind the wall of the Anvil for 10 days (or 10 days + 1 hour).
Plants cannot be harvested and cannot be considered ornamental.
I've tried it, and it seems like food is dropped if you take it, but silver items aren't. However, this is at your own risk.
Containers
----------
Five kitchen cabinets under the countertop are combined into one container.
A showcase with a precious spirit works like a container and does not cause the opening animation of the lid when activated.
In the new basement, activate and open the drawer under the worktop. Activating the workbench does not move the workbench.
The materials container (many crates in the basement together function as a single container) has a script that automatically saves the materials when selected. The script terminates when you hear the sound "the drawer closes".
Activator.

This is an alchemical station located above the underground cage. When you activate it, the script adds a mortar and a rookie pestic to your inventory, equips it, and then removes the mortar and rookie pestic. If you want to use more and better tools, keep them in inventory.
The Enchantment Altar and Enchantment Altar will warn you if you have not progressed sufficiently in the Wizards Guild (follow the quest "Enter the Wizards Guild", talk to Raminus Polus and get all the tips).
However, if you sneak in and activate the altar, you will still be able to use it; you do not need to sneak in and activate it again after the first time. Each altar has its own script, and it needs to be activated separately.
Useful Console Commands

Press ~ to open the console. Press ~ again to close the console.
Most of these commands are intended for testing and cannot be used in a normal game. Only the teleportation command can be used in the game if you want to return to the old basement. Because the on/off parent is the base game, there is no need for a prefix in the mode code.

Indoor shrubs can create tree shadows even when they are off.
In the Alchemist's basement, the sound of pots gurgling on a pink flame may disappear.
The new basement can be seen on a mini-map/local map.
Before completing the quest, a board will appear at the back door. There is a gap between the wall and the board, because if the board is installed too close to the wall, the door handle will break off from the board.

Harvest Flora v3.0.1
When collecting plants with Harvest Flora, the pot looks a little empty and lonely. It takes 10 days (+1 hour) to replenish plant stocks.
Oblivion Grass Overhaul.
I use mesh, texture and esp Grass Overhaul with remote world objects, Atlas mod based on Grass Overhaul should also work normally.
As for other grass modifiers, the only grass I use is underground mushrooms. You can check for yourself whether other grass modifiers are compatible. If the new grass is incompatible, select the basement grass with the mouse using the console and enter disable. Double-click another item to deselect it.

The nets that replace plants and shrubs may look strange. Replacing textures isn't a problem. I use Grass Overhaul grids and have no problems.
