About This Mod
The OOE design is RFAB in the world of Oblivion. It is a game-oriented build based on a modified OOE. The changes concern the original and dlc arsenal (of course, OOE has been heavily redesigned).
Perhaps most important in the collection is the XP mode, which turns the usual pumping into a more classic version - the ini-file is written in such a way that the level rise is rare, but the static alignment of enemies allows you to better feel the progress of your character - the enemies have become more unique and, like in Oscuro, each requires its own approach, no one forbids you to fight enemies of a much higher level than you.
