About This Mod
Successfully completing the quest "Malakat", you will get control of the mansion of Lord Drad. Three days after completing the quest (or after downloading the game with the completed quest), Lord Drad escapes the mansion and a new character named Buggy appears. Talk to him to start the quest. Description This mode was introduced in the hope of increasing the survival of peaceful characters/mercenaries and the value of the role-playing game; the successful completion of the quest "Malakat" will allow you to take control of Lord Drad's estate. Three days after completing the quest (or after downloading the game with the completed quest), Lord Drad escapes the estate and a new character named Buggy appears on the estate. Talking to him triggers a chain of quests. By developing your territory, you can grow crops, herd animals and extract minerals. Surprises await you on this path, so do not forget to protect your investment! 2nd Properties Take control of Lord Dorado's estate, including farmland and nearby inhospitable mines. Invest in expanding the various zones of the estate, hire workers and guards. Protect your territory from wolf and goblin attacks. Ideal for less battle-oriented characters such as merchants, hunters and monks. Version 1.01: Added the missing theme for the quest "Rotten Harvest".
