About This Mod
15 new colors and more than 70 new icons for the sign, also works with HabitatControlPanel.
*** The latest version works on Mac and PC in Steam and Epic Store.
15 new colors and more than 70 new icons for the lighthouse! Built-in beacons, such as radio signals and life buoys, can also be modified. All of these can be changed from the built-in menu in the "Signs" tab on the Handheld.
Note: There is some duplication with SubnauticaMap. Custom icons appear as large black squares on the map.
How to add your own colors.
Open the colors.json file in the QMods/CustomBeacons/Assets/ folder.
Add or edit a color entry.
Save the file and the colors will be automatically uploaded to the game.
How do I add my own icons?
Create a .png image file with square proportions (preferably 128x128 or 256x256) and a transparent background.
Create a pure white, transparent image.
Place this image in QMods/CustomBeacons/Assets/Pings.
It will be automatically installed in the game.

Instructions for installing QMods.
1. download and install QMods
2. extract the CustomBeacons.zip file directly into the Subnautica/QMods directory
3. start the game.
