Floating cargo box
About This Mod
A large floating warehouse. It can be assembled with Habitat Builder and moved with push balls.
This chest can be built anywhere in the open air or underwater using Habitat Builder. Plans unlock when the air bubble is unlocked (when the bubble fish is captured). The storage size is set in the config.json file in the ItemID mod folder: "FloatingCargoCrate".
Update (1.1.0): You can now attach a marker to the cabinet. Hold the marker in your hand and approach it from the side of the drawer (see screenshot). You can rename and pick up a lighthouse like a normal lighthouse.
The chest also has two additional properties: 1) the weight of the chest varies depending on the number of items in it; and 2) the chest can be used to store items in it. These properties can be disabled in the config.json file.
These properties can be disabled in the config.json file:
cargoModelType (possible values: 1 or 2): Allows the user to select the type of load model.
storageWidth (default: 8, maximum: 8) : Storage width.
storageHeight (default: 8, maximum: 10): height of storage.
crateMass (default: 600.0): The mass of the box used when experimentalFeaturesOn is false.
cheapBlueprint (default: true) : When set to false, the amount of material required doubles.
experimentalFeaturesOn (default: true) : Set to false if you do not want the box to randomly move up and down and change its mass.
crateMassEmpty (default: 400.0): The mass of the empty box.
crateMassFull (default: 1200.0) : The total mass of the box used when experimentalFeaturesOn is true.
