About This Mod
Modernization of the tool frame: Add a switchable module for displaying sonar pings, such as Seamoth
The sonar module is an incredible technology that transforms underwater navigation by illuminating sonar waves on the seabed. By sending a powerful pulse each time it is activated, the module maps the environment and creates a detailed mesh of the area, revealing hidden crevices in the deep sea. Ideal for researchers working in the dark of the sea depths or in the dense thickets of the laminaria - no detail will be missed. Sonar module not only improves visibility, but also enriches the experience of research, making it an indispensable tool for mapping the unknown and shining light on the invisible.
Recipe: made at modification station.
1x Computer chip - processes sonar waves and feedback.
2x Magnetite - improves the strength and clarity of the sonar signal.
1x titanium - structural components of the module.
1x glass - for display and touch components.
Method of application.
While maneuvering, press the keyboard key corresponding to the module on the Quick Dock panel. This will turn on the module, which performs sonar ping every 5 seconds and consumes power each time. Pressing the key again or leaving the submarine will deactivate the sonar module.
