About This Mod

The Mod allows you to adjust the game HUD (move and resize elements) using a configuration file. To change the game interface (HUD), open Assets/config.json, make the necessary changes, and save the file.

The configuration file contains the HUD settings for each item. For example, the unit responsible for the settings for Firefly is as follows:

{

"Name": "Seamoth",

"Scale": 0.8,

"XOffset": 100,.

"YOffset": -100

},.

The name of the object with which you can configure HUD:

- QuickSlots: Quick Slots panel in the center of the screen.

- BarsPanel: O2, health, food and water counters in the lower left corner.

- PowerIndicator: energy indicator in the upper central part, above the depth indicator.

- RadiationWarning: Radiation warning displayed in the center of the screen.

- UserInput: a text box for renaming a character.

- IconNotifications: the icon to display when a message is received.

- ScannerIcon: an icon to display when something appears that can be scanned.

- PopupNotification: the information displayed in the center of the screen.

- ErrorMessageCanvas: white text that displays information in the upper left corner.

- Seamoth: Moth information displayed in the lower right corner.

- Exosuit: Crab information displayed in the lower right corner.

- DepthCompass: depth meter and compass at the top and center.

- ItemSelector: controls for changing parts of a subject. For example, a battery for a tool.

- HandReticle: binoculars in the center of the screen and white text above the quick access slot. Care must be taken when zooming in or out of this element.

- CameraCyclops: overlapping elements when using the Cyclops camera.

- CameraScannerRoom: overlapping element when using drone camera.

To modify these items, locate them in the configuration file and add or modify settings:

- Scale: resizes element: 1.0 - normal size; 2.0 - twice as large; 0.5 - half as small. The default value is 1.

- XOffset: the horizontal offset value. Negative values are left offset, positive values are right offset. The default value is 0.

- YOffset: the amount of vertical displacement. Negative values represent a downward shift, positive values represent an upward shift. Default = 0.

If none of the parameters are entered, the default value is used.
