About This Mod

This small but very useful mod adds the ability to equip players and NPC with portable lanterns. You can attach the lantern to your belt or hold it in your hand to illuminate the dungeon, such as when exploring the dungeon. You can also catch fireflies and put them in a lantern. The light of the lantern is brighter than that of the torch. You can swim underwater with a flashlight. By the way, the fashion from the famous author Chesko, who continues to delight us with huge mods, adding more and more realism to the game.

Update: 4.0.2.

- Added control to read/write mod settings to profile; now the mod will warn if the profile settings cannot be saved due to problems accessing/allowing Windows files.

- Fixed some bugs in the code used in Frostfall MOD.

- Fixed an error where the Y axis of pollen indicator was not saved correctly.

How to get a Traveler's Lantern

- Traveler's lights can be purchased at random from almost all department stores, merchants and some small traders.

- Lights can also be made in blacksmiths with a combination of simple lanterns and leather strips.

- Simple lanterns can also be made in a forge of two iron bars.

· The light attaches to the hook on the right side of the rear belt by default. To change the position of a traveler's lantern, simply throw it to the ground. A menu will appear, allowing you to choose how to use the traveler's lantern. It can be worn in front of the right, behind the right or in the hand.

- The lights are made in the forge in the Miscellaneous section. A lantern and a leather strip are needed.

· Wear it to activate the light (see "Clothes" in inventory).

About indicators:

· Whether the new light indicator light works or not depends on several factors:

1. the user must be running the latest version of SkyUI 4.1.

2. whether SkyUI 4.1 is properly installed.

3. whether the "Portable Lights" mode is set correctly.

4. whether the mode directly changes the compass position (iHUD, for example) is used.

· If you operate the iHUD mode while the light mode indicator is not displayed, you may have hidden the indicator.

There are several solutions to this problem:

1. 1. Set the Portable Flashlights indicator to Always On, and switch the iHUD mode HUD ("Compass hotkey toggle") to make the indicator appear when you press the Compass hotkey in iHUD mode 2. 2.

If the iHUD mode HUD is set to "SkyUI HUD Always On" and the "Portable Lights" indicator is set to "Always" or "Contextual", an indicator will appear as needed. You can also adjust other iHUD mode settings as you wish (transparency, compass position, etc.).

- However, it is important to note that if you hide the HUD in iHUD mode, the LEDs will be hidden accordingly.

· If SkyUI and Portable Lights are installed correctly and there are no other conflicting modes, the LED will work perfectly.
