About This Mod

Immersive Patrols adds Stormclock, Talmore, Imperial, and Downgard patrols to Skyrim, and several stray rocks, ravers, and riclings to Solstheim. These patrols can intersect with each other or with the player, creating new encounters.

Completing the Civil War quest will disable all patrol and combat NPCs (including Thalmor) of the losing faction, leaving only your troops. If you destroy remaining enemy camps after completing the "Civil War" quest, your own troops in this fashion will diminish as they are no longer needed, effectively ending the Civil War in this fashion.

Civil War NPCs in this fashion will attack you on the spot depending on your nationality. This uses a custom faction that mimics NPC behavior in the Battle for Fort X quest, and does not affect the NPC from Vanilla (Bethesda).

Dawnguard patrols in this fashion will exist only after the beginning of the reconstruction of Fort Dawnguard.

Note: Using the "always on" version of the mode will disable the above mechanics. Civil War and Dawnguard patrols will exist and will always be reborn.

=====Know Issues=====

Unfortunately, this mod will no longer load in Skyrim version before 1.6.1130 without a mod that increments the index.

Compulsory Civil War Commitment: During the main quest "Season of Infinity," depending on your choice of dialog during the peace talks, you will be added to one of the two factions of the Civil War. NPCs of this fashion will perceive you as representatives of this faction.

Solution: You are now forced to choose a side and can no longer remain neutral. Talk to Rikke or Galmar Stone Fist to join the faction you actually support. This change will be reflected immediately.

Faction Change: If you join a Civil War faction, and then change the faction during the main quest "Jagged Crown" or using fashion, NPCs of that fashion will perceive you as betraying the faction until they change.

Solution: Wait for 11 in-game days in the interior until new NPCs are available OR uninstall Immersive Patrols, save the game without it, and then reinstall.

Console Commands

"Another solution for PC players is to use the console to remove a faction that remains neutral after completing the main quest.

player.addtofaction 2bf9a -1(Remove from Imperial faction if Stormcloak attacks you)

player.addtofaction 2bf9b -1(Remove from Stormcloak faction if Imperial attack you)".

Thanks to cyx19961111 for pointing this out!
