About This Mod
When you start a new game by selecting the "New Game" option (or by clicking "+"), you will immediately have access to a variety of weapons (except chainsaws), as well as an extensive stock of ammunition and health-restoring tools. If you want to start a game with a chainsaw, you will need to choose "New Game+", as it usually happens, and pick up a chainsaw directly as you pass.
