About This Mod

Mod is designed to maximize the gameplay of bionics and surgery, without disrupting the vanilla experience. It was originally intended to be a simplified "improved" version of advanced prosthetics and organ engineering, but to some extent continues, but now it is also another fully medical regime. This mode includes all kinds of dentures and bionic parts for your needs, bone repair and wound healing operations.


But if your settlers lose limbs or are seriously crippled at the beginning of the game, they will struggle for a while until they create rare and expensive bionic items. After examination you can still make simple dentures and relatively quickly restore broken bones, but for most things the cost of welding is very high. Of course, July latch, wooden legs and dentures are always available for free. ;-) Early life in the colony was never so easy!


RBSE is a standalone mode for bionics and surgery. Do not install rbse using EPOE


2 benches.

The bionic bench creates many bionic prostheses. (Simple details are available in the processing table)

Advanced areas of medicine: creation of advanced bionic prostheses, synthetic organs and brain implants.

Repair of bones, such as the collarbone, thigh bone, and tibia (including spinal fusion)

Old wounds and gunshot wounds can be treated with Glitterworld medicine after examination. (Scarring should be treated in other ways.)

All bionic parts require significant welding, mainly of plastic and components. (For example: 1 bionic hand costs 80 plastic and 6 pieces.)

The simplest prostheses are worth the steel and parts. (Example: 1 simple hand prosthesis requires 120 units of steel and 4 components.)

Balanced bionic pieces: The bionic cyborg pawn is strong but not very strong in the game.

System of rejection of organs in natural organ transplantation. (Vanilla) (can be turned on/off in the mode settings)

Organs should be cooled to prevent rotting and decomposition.

3 new chronic diseases: chronic kidney disease, congenital heart disease, chronic stomach disease.

late stages of the game and 3 new brain implants for settlers with traumatic brain injury.

Hooks can be accessed by exploring blacksmithing.

Archotech parts cannot be created as vanilla. It is also slightly better than advanced parts of bionics.

The implant has 3 colors: blue for simple parts, blue for bionics and purple for complex parts.

Medicine and medicine Glitterworld have the original red color A16.

The white texture of the royal part better corresponds to medical themes.

Redundancy is minimized.

Bug fixes and work with the balance.
