About This Mod
Three new enhanced shield belts with unique visual barriers and hit effects!
Phased protection belt - improved protection belt with improved throughput. It can take more damage at a time before disintegrating, but cannot recharge within seconds of taking damage. The speed of recovery from destruction has also been greatly improved.
Modulated Shield Belt is a phased shield belt that synchronizes with the user's actions and allows the use of remote weapons during use. It is heavier than the conventional belt phased shield, has lower overall shield strength and longer recharge delay.
Multi-layer protection belt - phased protection belt with special field generator. On impact, the outer layer "collapses" and disperses the attack energy, thereby reflecting powerful shocks and reducing the amount of energy lost on a single impact. They are vulnerable to rapid-fire weapons.
These items can be manufactured in Nanoassembler after the relevant study of Eccentric Technology has been unlocked.
Note: The Eccentric Machinery Shield Indicator user interface displays the strength of the shield as actual HP values. Although the displayed values may appear lower than vanilla shield belts, vanilla shield belts are 3.3% less durable for each point of damage taken.
