About This Mod
Crimes
1. Minor crimes are disabled, now the lawmakers do not pay attention to the fact that you commit minor crimes
2. In the Wild Area now there is complete lawlessness, you can commit any crime without being wanted

Bounty Hunter
1. Reduced the possibility of accompanying bounty hunters dogs

Witness
1. The number of witnesses is now limited to 1. Once you stop them, there will be a waiting period before another witness appears.

1. Lawyers have become much more experienced and competent
2. Pinkertons are no longer Aimbots
3. Improved AI of the Saint Denis and Blackwater Police
4. Changed the behavior of gangs, now each gang has its own behavior in combat
5. NPCs will no longer accuse you of stalking them

Manager

If you want to use a version compatible with Project NA, replace the dispatch.meta file
