About This Mod

This game is filled with rendering errors, some of which have been present in the game since its release, and others are the result of constant updates that Rockstar Games has released over the years.


They may be minor, but because of their number, the game seems broken.


This fashion page is designed to fix some problems that I noticed myself, feel free to comment on the bugs that you encountered yourself so that we can try to fix them.


Keep in mind that most of these visual bugs are very difficult to capture on video and especially in these gifs, I suggest you read the bug descriptions and maybe check them out in the game yourself.




installation: unzip the zip file and place the folder in the lml folder.

- correction of semi-transparent sight field


around the crosshair of the sight there is a weak rectangular frame, which is always visible.

This problem is difficult to show in the form of a video, carefully study your crosshairs in the game, and everything will become clear.

The cat-tailed plant does not work and begins to shimmer when confronted by the player.

Not a bug, but the rest of the console release, which is no longer needed on the PC.

- "Fix" screen space shadows


Extremely visible screen space shadow occlusion that occurs at the edges of the screen.


Installs DirectionalScreenSpaceShadowQuality to 0.0 in system settings, eliminates most screen shadow problems in this game.

This can be done through settings.xml, but in this case the settings will be constantly changed, and in the system settings they will become constant.

- Low polygonal far pedal "fix"


Installs PedLodBias at least 1.0 via systemettings.ymt to resist low-polygon npcs.

You can also do it through settings.xml, but it will always come back, and the systemsettings way makes it permanent.

Broken settings:


- FXAA (DX12)


Disable in-game fxaa, it creates a vertical artifact in the form of a black line, which is always visible.

- MSAA REFLECTION (DX12)


Turn off the msaa reflection feature, it creates color graphics artifacts in scenes and anywhere the depth of field switches, which makes your GPU appear to be dying.


- SSAO Full Screen Resolution


Keep the SSAO in full-screen resolution on, without it, objects at a distance will start to flicker.

- MSAA


Disable msaa, this interferes with load transitions.


- Parallax occlusion display


Setting this option to ultra will result in numerous graphical artifacts throughout the map.
