About This Mod
Alpha Pal
Alpha companion is just evil. They have the same statistics as their usual peers (except for legends), they have very big hits to compare, and you're above them, so I changed them to + 20% on basic health statistics (now you can update at least once to update hp). You must feel a stronger, true alpha companion, overcoming the challenges they face to achieve their alpha status, both by fighting them and using them.
Flight assembly speed
The mod also includes a rebalancing (mostly buff) of the flight assembly speed. Basically it is about balancing them and turning the beacon and ragnahok into the fastest non-legendary mounts. (I was concerned that hawks, especially thunderbolts, were slower than other riding animals.) Most builds have very minor modifications, with the exception of beakon and ragnahawk. Their new speed is as follows (running speed - sprint speed): Jetragon remained intact.

Fitness at work
The aim of the change in business eligibility was to allow all partners to be on an equal footing when it comes to business. Each of them should be entitled to work at the 1st level with 4 special tasks. If Pal had other rights to work, they were all set to Level 3 and the highest level of work rights was set to Level 4. If the pal does not have 1 work fit, which is higher than the other work fit, then which work fit is 4. we have determined that it is set to the level.
Here is an example:
