DLSS/DLAA Halo Patch
In modern games that use scaling technologies such as Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS) and Deep Learning Anti-Aliasing (DLAA), artifacts in the form of halos are common. These halos, which are luminous or dark contours around objects, can significantly impair visual perception, making the image less clear and more noisy.
Problem solving: In most cases, fixing halos requires a combination of game-specific approaches and settings, and the technologies used.
The first step is to check the sharpness settings in the game. Often excessive sharpness increases halos. Try reducing the sharpening setting or turning it off completely.
A second option is to experiment with the driver versions of the graphics card. In some cases, newer or older drivers can improve the situation.
A third approach involves adjusting in-game image quality parameters. Increasing rendering resolution or using better presets (such as "Ultra") can mitigate halos.
The fourth method is to apply settings through the control panel of your graphics card (Nvidia Control Panel or AMD Adrenalin Software). There, you can try to turn off texture filtering or reduce the amount of filtering.
Finally, some games provide special options for configuring DLSS/DLAA, such as selecting quality or balance modes. Experiment with these settings.
Important to remember: There is no one-size-fits-all solution. Applying the above methods requires patience and an individual approach to each particular game.
