About This Mod
Damage and damage reduction from Counter Rising Slash now match the Beta values, making it more vulnerable to chip damage and less effective at punishing most moves, turning it into an emergency tool. At the same time, Double Slash and Triple Slash take a slight increase in damage, making these combinations more profitable even in Amp.
