About This Mod
Damage and damage reduction from Counter Rising Slash are aligned with the Beta scores. This leads to increased vulnerability to "chip damage", making it not the best option for punishing most techniques. In effect, it is becoming an "emergency response" tool. As compensation, Double Slash and Triple Slash have slightly increased damage, making these combinations more profitable even when using Amp.
