About This Mod
TerraFirmaCraft Mod (1.20.1, 1.18.2) is a fully conversion mod that rebuilds and restructures the survival mode in Minecraft. The goal of change is to make the experience of surviving in an entirely new and exciting environment real and difficult. Major changes were made to the way the world was generated by Minecraft, adding an incredibly diverse tectonic plate, flowing rivers, mountain ranges, forests, flora and fauna. The underground environment has been thoroughly processed, and deposits of various metals and minerals are now found in both rare and abundant rock formations. Full-scale process trees include charcoal production in pottery and mine furnaces, iron production in blast furnaces, and steel production. Seasons and weather, including realistic climate and calendar models, require players to stock up on food for the coming winter. The world is teeming with living things, including a variety of plants, wild crops, wild fruits and animals. Players must determine when food will expire, how much food they can give, and how much thirst they can quench, using an elaborate cooking system.
