Rolling Winder
- Remove some delay frames at the end of the attack so that it ends faster
- Add a multi-hit effect on the last spin, deal damage with chips twice before the last hard hit
- Add 2 physical impacts during rotation
Damage: 0.2 +0.2 + 0.8 -> 0.2 + 0.2 +0.2 + (0.1x2) + 0.6
Revenge Value: 0.1 + 0.1 + 0.5 -> 0.1 + 0.1 + 0.1 + (0x2) + )0.2 (hit chips do not have RV)

- Increases the parry value (the hatbox can parry the attack without being interrupted)
