Realistic Atmospheres
About This Mod
Realistic Atmospheres changes the atmospheres of all planets and satellites to more realistic models. Temperature and altitude profiles are based on real homogeneous bodies. Pressure and height models are developed using real gas laws that correspond to the physical properties of each celestial body. The models are designed in real scale and scaled down to fit the small size of the KSP universe.
The original atmospheric characteristics were retained and the realistic atmosphere was completely redesigned. Don't expect what you know from the real game to be present in Realistic Atmospheres. Keep in mind that the atmosphere of the planet can behave differently, much faster or slower than you are used to.
For installation instructions, refer to the README included with the download.
