Note that these controls were created with the GP-200M controller, and if you have a different joystick, the controls may be different! To start a game with a joystick, you need to run SAAC2.exe and press num(*) in the game. If the game crashes, you may have downloaded a version that is not compatible with the program (I play on 1.0, and everything works fine),
