My ENBSeries installation almost completely conveys the original GTA IV graphics and is optimized for the weakest PC. Unfortunately, many effects have been sacrificed for maximum performance, mostly reflections and shadows, but their absence is compensated by the effects of Colormode and Bloom, which are quite pleasing to the eye. It is also worth noting that instead of shader-based water, the file Particle.txd was added. The water looks very beautiful and natural.
In conclusion, the changes work well in SA:MP. And yes, the original shadows are also disabled.
