Vivid and realistic ReShade
About This Mod
ReShade eliminates the grayness of the original game, and creates brighter, more realistic colors and shadows. He also applies a sharpness filter to give the game more expressiveness.
PERFORMANCE WILL BE REDUCED!
I've seen the FPS drop by about 5-10 with installed ReShade, you can bring back a little by turning off sharpening, but it won't be very much, perhaps ~4 FPS. If you don't sit in the 60FPS area and don't want to go down below, it won't have much effect on your gaming experience, if at all.
HOW TO SET:
Option 1: Reshade has not been installed
1. Download ReShade
2. Download the Zip file and extract the config file
3. Open the app to configure ReShade
4. Go through the settings until you get to the preset menu
5. Refer the directory to the configuration file
6. Complete the setup, ReShade will download the necessary files, filters, etc. needed for the preset, and should apply it and make it work immediately after the game starts.
7. Start the game and just in case make sure that the preset is applied by opening the ReShade menu by pressing the Home key and passing or skipping the tutorial.
8. Enjoy!
Option 2: ReShade is already installed
1. Download the Zip file and extract the config file
2. Copy and paste the configuration file into the game directory (EX: E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Ghost of Tsushima DIRECTOR'S CUT).
3. Launch the game and open the ReShade menu by pressing the Home key.
4. At the top of the menu, where it says "ReShade Preset", click on it.
5. After pressing, a drop-down menu should appear
6. Locate the file labeled "Vibrant and Realistic ReShade" and click on it.
7. Now the preset should be applied and work
8. Enjoy!
