About This Mod
Description: "Ho, ho, Ho Chi Minh!" is a famous Vietnamese song.
During the Vietnam War, the People's Army of Vietnam (PAVN) and the Viet Cong opposed the U.S. Army. The PAVN was a regular force in North Vietnam, while the Viet Cong operated as a guerrilla movement in the South.
The conflict began in the late 1950s when communist forces from the North began supporting the Viet Cong in the South. In the early 1960s, the United States became heavily involved in the war, sending troops to support the South Vietnamese government.
The PAVN and Viet Cong were experienced fighters, using tactics such as ambushes and booby traps, which resulted in significant casualties among U.S. forces. The U.S. military relied on its firepower and advanced technology, including helicopters and napalms.
The conflict was extremely violent, and both sides suffered heavy casualties. The PAVN and the Viet Cong fought for their homeland, while the US army sought to prevent the spread of communism.
