About This Mod
Description:
A tool for creating and controlling particle effects.
Functions:
Particulate matter can be used for a variety of special effects, including explosions, fire, weather events, electrical discharges, tracer bullets, smoke, rays and more! You can attach them to models and control their activation using a key.
The tool includes all the effects from compatible games installed on your device (Gmod, TF2, HL2: Episode 2, Portal and CSS). Additional addons can also add their own particle sets.
To use the tool, left-click to add an effect to an object or right-click to attach a new requisite to an effect. You can also use the scroll wheel to place the effect at the attachment point.
In the particle browser, you can right-click any effect to add it to your favorites, making it easier to find later.
