About This Mod
Description: Instead of calling the Player:FlashlightIsOn() function, it is recommended to use Player:GetNWBool("FlashlightIsOn"). The Player:FlashlightIsOn() function will always return false if the user has enabled this add-on.
This add-on takes into account the Player:CanUseFlashlight() method and fires a PlayerSwitchFlashlight event to see if the player can turn the flashlight on or off.
As for the soundtrack, the add-on does not use or add custom sounds, but uses standard HL2 sound scripts: "HL2Player.FlashLightOn" and "HL2Player.FlashLightOff", so basic sound replacements must function correctly.
