About This Mod

Description:

It is the successor to the now-removed RDR1-Styled Combine Takedowns expansion for Garry's Mod. Adds simple and fast kill cameras that sometimes work when you kill an NPC. The effect is largely inspired by Red Dead Redemption 2.Functions:

Every time you kill one of the allowed NPCs, there's a 25% chance that the kill camera effect will work.

Stylized as Red Dead Redemption's murder cameras with my own touches.

The "kill camera" effect lasts 0.7 seconds and does not deprive the player of any control, except for changing the camera's angle.

The player is invulnerable as long as the kill camera effect is active. It is recommended that you enable sv_cheats 1.

Killer cameras can only be activated by killing one of the following NPCs:

– npc_combine_s

– npc_metropolice

– npc_zombie

– npc_fastzombie

– npc_poisonzombie

– npc_zombine

– npc_citizen

– npc_fastzombie_torso

– npc_zombie_torso


Updated to prevent the camera from appearing off the field when killing an NPC in bottlenecks.

An update with a powerful sound effect, which is played every time the murder camera is triggered.
